It has more than one hundred employees, product research and development personnel 18 people, including 3 people with graduate degrees and 2 people have senior engineer title. The company has advanced mold research and development department, metal surface treatment system, Ingredients and feeding mistake proofing system, rubber mixing, vulcanization, trimming, experiment testing, material such as constant temperature and humidity storage devices.
